2017-18 OLV Financial Aid / OLV Education Fund Assistance: Financial Aid is available to qualifying families for the 2017-18 school year.  In order to receive Financial Aid a family MUST apply through FACTS.  A family will not be considered or awarded aid if an application with FACTS has not been filed.

Tuition for the 2017-18 School Year has not yet been established.

Reminder: Families applying for aid from OLV need to submit

2016 Tax Returns

No financial aid award will be made until this information is provided. There are no exceptions to this requirement. (Note: If you applied for financial aid at an archdiocesan high school and supplied your 2015 tax return, you are still required to supply your 2016 tax return if you wish to be considered for OLV financial aid.)

 

Families receiving financial assistance are required to volunteer at least 20 hours per year.  Those not receiving financial assistance are requested to volunteer at least six hours per year.

 

Who is considered a participating parishioner?   It is important to remind our school families that to be considered a "participating parishioner", eligible to apply for and possibly receive financial aid and receive the parishioner rate for tuition, a parishioner must:

1.   participate in the faith life of the Parish by regular attendance at Mass, and

2.   participate in the community life of the Parish by volunteering time and talents in ministries and organizations as able, and

3.   financially support the Parish on a regular, ongoing basis in addition to tuition.
