The Church of the Immaculata, or Immaculata Church, is a Roman Catholic Church atop Mt. Adams, a neighborhood in Cincinnati. The Church is located at 30 Guido Street. The church commemorates the Immaculate Conception and serves the Holy Cross–Immaculata Parish in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. The Church has a wonderful history of the German immigrants who came here and built a special church in honor of Mary. Each Good Friday, hundreds of locals climb the steps to the church. Some pray the rosary or just say a prayer on each step. On one of these lovely September days, take your family to the steps and “pray the steps’ as the folks in Mt Adams say. Perhaps your prayers could be intercessions for Our Lady to end Covid 19.
CatholicIcing.com will become your “icing” on your Catholic cake. It is filled with so many resources to enrich your child’s faith. Bible study, the mass, saints and feast days, the liturgical calendar, fun activities and more. Each month Catholic Icing presents so much that can add to our faith and make it fun. This is a must for any family that home schools or is virtual learning during the pandemic.
