PTO  


We are an organization within Our Lady of the Visitation that consists of parents, teachers and school staff. The Board is responsible for the facilitation and delegation of leadership in regards to various school events/activities. Financially, the goal is to use the prior years funds raised towards the current years events/activities. Budgets are created at the beginning of the year to ensure funds are appropriately delegated.

PTO FUNDS RAISED COME FROM SEVERAL FUNDRAISERS: 

Big Win, Walk-a-Thon, and others fundraisers organized by the PTO.

PTO FUNDS SPENT INCLUDE:

8th grade celebration, art outreach, art show, COSI, 7th grade classroom pets, field trips, grandparents day, Field Day prizes, computers, playground, national competitions, teacher education reimbursement, catholic schools week, library, teacher/classroom start up funds, tutor appreciation, 8th grade retreat, 8th grade breakfast, staff appreciation, school furniture/improvements, etc...
