TUITION PAYMENT

Tuition collection is handled through an online tuition management company, FACTS.
FACTS Tuition management (FACTS) works with schools across the country to provide

P3: $1,650 HALF DAY - T/TH

PK: $3,750 HALF DAY - M-F  
  $5,970 FULL DAY - M-F

REGISTRATION FEE (Non-refundable) 
New Student: $50 
Returning Student: $50 

STUDENT FEE (K-8) 
$400 per student 

Scheduled Method of Payments 
TUITION: Our Lady of the Visitation uses FACTS Tuition Management to process tuition payments. Families can choose annual, semi-annual, or monthly payment plans. Payment plans will begin in July 2026 for any tuition owed. 

FEES: There are two fees which will be charged to your FACTS account.

  1. Registration Fee: ($50/Student) This fee must be paid in full by January 15th to secure your child’s enrollment in the next school year. 
  2. Student Fee: ($400/Student K-8) This fee will be due on July 5th prior to the start of the school year. 

Scholarship Opportunities 
Every student who attends Our Lady of the Visitation School can receive one or more scholarships to assist with tuition. 

  • Ohio EdChoice Expansion Scholarship Award- based on family size and income (K-8) 
  • Ohio EdChoice Traditional Scholarship Award- eligibility based on residence public school district and specific school building (K-8) 
  • Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) Scholarship (Preschool-8) 
  • Our Lady of the Visitation Parish Scholarship for eligible active parishioners (K-8) 
  • Our Lady of the Visitation Parish Rising Scholarship for students receiving Jon Peterson (5-8) 

    NOTE: Students who are awarded a Jon Peterson scholarship are not eligible for EdChoice Scholarships. 

Scholarships and Tuition Assistance Options    
EDCHOICE EXPANSION SCHOLARSHIPS - OHIO DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION – K – 8  
This program provides state-funded scholarships to children in kindergarten through 8th grade who reside in Ohio based on family size and household income level, which is based on Adjusted Gross Income (AGI). Documents needed to apply are proof of residency, a copy of the student's birth certificate, and Federal Tax Return(s) for completion of the household income verification process. 

NOTE: Current law changes by the State of Ohio now allow families to choose whether they apply for EdChoice Expansion or Traditional EdChoice Scholarships. If you live in a designated school district and believe you are eligible for Traditional EdChoice, please contact the school office. (Oak Hills & Three Rivers are not designated)

CATHOLIC EDUCATION FOUNDATION (CEF) – PRESCHOOL – 8  
The Archdiocese of Cincinnati offers scholarships based on financial need to school families (parishioners and non-parishioners). A separate CEF scholarship is available to Catholic school employees. These scholarships are made available through the Catholic Education Foundation. All scholarships funded by CEF will be awarded through the Archdiocese. Each family will need to fully complete a FACTS Grant and Aid application by inputting their financial information and required documents before January 31, 2026. ACEO ADVOCATES FOR CATHOLIC EDUCATION AND ORGANIZATIONS – PRESCHOOL – 8 
ACEO is a nonprofit that offers volunteer-based scholarships for students by working at events like Cincinnati Reds, Xavier University, University of Cincinnati and Elder High School games. For more information reach out to Jennifer Burns at aceoreds@gmail.com.

OUR LADY OF THE VISITATION PARISH SCHOLARSHIP – K – 8 
Eligibility requirements:

  • Active registered parishioners within the Divine Mercy Family of Parishes 
  • Accept and honor the “Pledge to Visitation” by:
  • Regular attendance at Mass on Sunday (or Saturday vigil) throughout the year as a family (minimum 32)
  • Volunteering in parish/school activities and ministries 
  • Financially support the parish on a regular and consistent basis

OUR LADY OF THE VISITATION RISING SCHOLARSHIP – 5 – 8 
Eligibility requirements:

  • Active registered parishioners within the Divine Mercy Family of Parishes 
  • Apply for and receive the Parish Scholarship (all requirements listed above)
  • Student must be approved for and receive the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship through the State of Ohio
  • A completed Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) Scholarship application
